Kondor Blue KB_CR5C_BRIG Canon R5C Basis-Rig Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB_CR5C_BRIG Canon R5C Basis-Rig Space Grey | A foundation for your Canon R5C rig
A more organised camera setup starts with a base designed around the Canon R5C. The Kondor Blue KB_CR5C_BRIG is a Basis-Rig in Space Grey, intended for photographers and filmmakers building a rig around that camera. Its purpose is practical: it gives you a starting point for a rigged setup, rather than changing the look of your images like a filter would. That makes it relevant when you want to arrange your Canon R5C as part of a more considered working setup, whether for a planned video production or a studio session. The product name is refreshingly clear about its role and camera system. If you’re looking for a UV filter or an image effect, this isn’t that product; it’s the rig foundation for a Canon R5C-centred build.
A starting point for an R5C build
Think of this as the base of a setup, not a complete description of every part you might need. For a studio interview, it can be the starting point for arranging a rig around your Canon R5C. For a planned video shoot, build the rest of your setup to suit the way you work. The Space Grey finish keeps the product’s appearance understated, while the Basis-Rig name makes its role easy to understand.
Specialist Note
The “5” in R5C gives this rig a clear home: it’s named for a setup built around the Canon R5C. I’d consider it if you’re putting together a rig for a studio interview or a planned video production, where having a dedicated base is more useful than adding an image filter. “Basis-Rig” is the important part of the name; think of it as the starting point for your build, then choose the rest to suit the way you shoot. The Space Grey finish is a restrained look for a working setup. It’s a focused product, not a complete rig by itself.
