Libec Urban Cambag 17
Libec Urban Cambag 17 | Carry your camera kit on the move
The Libec Urban Cambag 17 has a clear purpose: it’s a camera backpack for taking a camera and several lenses along on days out. It suits photographers who want to bring more than a camera body, without making their outing revolve around carrying studio equipment. Think hikes, city visits and travel days, where having a choice of lenses can be useful but you still want to move around freely. It’s the sort of bag to consider when you’re planning your kit around the pictures you hope to make, rather than packing every piece of equipment you own. Choose the lenses you’re most likely to use for the day, and the Cambag 17 gives that camera kit a dedicated backpack format. Its appeal is practical: it’s made for carrying photographic gear through a varied day, not for doubling as a general travel bag.
For a hike, that can mean taking the camera and a few lens options without needing to carry each item separately. On a city trip or travel day, the same approach lets you bring the kit you expect to use and leave less relevant equipment behind. It’s a straightforward match for outings where your camera gear comes with you from place to place.
Specialist Note
17 is the number in the model name; in practice, focus on the kind of kit you want to carry, not on treating that number as a packing target. This is a camera backpack intended for a camera plus several lenses, so it makes sense for someone who wants a few focal-length options close at hand. For a hike, decide which lenses suit the route and subjects before you set off; for a city day, take the options you’ll actually use as you move between locations. One honest point: it’s designed around camera equipment, so I wouldn’t choose it as your only bag for a trip that also needs to carry general luggage.
