Nedis Cable CAT6 S/FTP RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 3m WH

Nedis Cable CAT6 S/FTP RJ45 (8P8C) M-RJ45 (8P8C) M 3m WH | A tidy 3-metre network link

The useful detail here is the combination of a 3-metre length and matching RJ45 male plugs: this Nedis cable is made for a direct connection between two devices with RJ45 sockets, without needing a separate connector. It suits a home or work setup where the devices are close enough for a short cable run, and where you want to keep the cable route simple. The title identifies it as CAT6 S/FTP, with 8P8C RJ45 connectors at both ends. Its white finish can blend in more easily against a light-coloured wall or desk. Three metres gives you some room to route around furniture, though it’s still worth measuring the actual path rather than the straight-line distance. This is a straightforward cable for a fixed network connection; the practical point is getting the length and plug type right for your setup.

Choosing the right length

Before you settle on this cable, trace the route it needs to take: from one socket, along the edge of a desk or wall, and on to the other device. Bends and a little slack use up length quickly. If that path fits within three metres, this cable gives you a direct connection with no extra adapter between its two plugs. The RJ45 8P8C connector description helps distinguish the plug type when you’re comparing cables. Its white colour is also worth considering if the cable will be visible in your room. A simple check of the route and the sockets can save a frustrating mismatch. There’s nothing complicated to set up in the cable description: match the connector type at each end, then choose a route the cable can comfortably reach.
