Nedis CAT7 Network Cable | S/FTP | RJ45 Male | 2.00 M | Snagless | Round | LSZH

Nedis CAT7 Network Cable | A tidy two-metre link for RJ45 connections

What sets this Nedis cable apart is its combination of a CAT7 rating, S/FTP construction and a short 2.00 m length. It suits anyone who needs a direct network connection over a modest distance, rather than extra cable to coil away. Both ends have RJ45 male connectors, and the snagless design is a practical detail when plugging in or removing the cable. The cable is round, grey and made with an LSZH covering. That makes it a straightforward option for a desk, cabinet or other setup where a short, clearly specified network cable is all you need. One honest point: two metres can be limiting if the route has to go around furniture or along a wall, so it’s worth thinking through the cable path first.

Plan the route before you connect

A network cable is a simple purchase, but its length affects how neatly it fits into a setup. Measure the path between the connection points, including any bends or detours, rather than estimating the straight-line distance. This helps avoid a run that’s pulled tight or one that leaves an unnecessary loop on the floor. The RJ45 male ends tell you the connector format to look for at the equipment end; the CAT7 and S/FTP markings identify the cable’s stated category and construction. If you’re comparing options, focus on the details your installation calls for: connector type, cable length and the jacket description. For a nearby connection, this model keeps the cable run short and the product details easy to check at a glance.
