Nedis High Speed HDMI-Cable 4K@60Hz Arc 18 Gbps 10.0 M Round PVC Black Label

Nedis High Speed HDMI-Cable 4K@60Hz Arc 18 Gbps 10.0 M Round PVC Black Label | Long-reach 4K HDMI connection

The 10-metre length is what sets this Nedis HDMI cable apart: it gives you more room to place connected equipment apart than a short desk cable. It suits a setup where the screen and source device can’t sit side by side, and where you want a single cable run between them. The title specifies support for 4K at 60 Hz, a bandwidth of 18 Gbps and ARC (Audio Return Channel). That makes it suited to a connection where those capabilities matter, rather than simply bridging two nearby devices. It’s a straightforward cable, not a bundle of extras. The honest practical point is that a long cable needs a little planning: measure the route you intend to use, including the distance around furniture, before you settle on its position.

Planning the cable run

At 10 metres, the route is worth thinking through before connecting everything. Measure from the HDMI connection on one device to the connection on the other, following the path the cable will actually take rather than measuring straight across the room. Leave enough length for the route around furniture, and consider where the cable will enter and leave the setup. That helps you decide whether the cable can follow your planned path without pulling at either connection. The cable is described as round, with a PVC outer material and a black finish. Those details may help when you’re matching its shape and colour to the route you have in mind; they don’t change the need to plan the run itself. The name also identifies ARC, so this cable is intended for HDMI connections where Audio Return Channel is part of the setup. Keep the connection simple: choose the route first, then connect the devices.
