Nedis Speaker-Cable | 2X 1.50 mm² | CCA | 100.0m | Round

Nedis Speaker-Cable | 2X 1.50 mm² | CCA | 100.0m | Round | A long run of speaker cable in one length

When you need to route speaker cable across a room or along a longer path, having 100 metres to work with gives you room to plan the run. This Nedis cable is made for speaker connections and has two conductors, each with a 1.50 mm² cross-section. The conductor material is CCA, and the cable has a round profile. That’s the practical information to start with when deciding if it suits your installation; the title doesn’t give a basis for claims about sound quality or performance, so we won’t make any. It’s a straightforward option for someone handling their own speaker wiring or preparing a longer run, rather than buying a short length for a single small connection. Measure the route first: 100 metres is generous, but the amount you need depends on where the cable has to go.

Plan the route before you start

For a tidy installation, work out where the cable will travel and how much length each speaker connection needs. Include the path around furniture, doorways or other obstacles in your measurements, rather than estimating a straight line between endpoints. If you’re wiring more than one connection, keep track of each run separately; that makes it easier to judge how much of the 100-metre length the layout will use. The round profile is also worth considering when planning how the cable will sit along its route. This is a simple cable, and its stated details are specific: two 1.50 mm² conductors, CCA construction, a round shape and 100.0 metres in length. For a speaker-cable job where those details match your plan, that gives you a clear starting point.
