Nedis Stereo-Audio Cable 6.35mm Male 6.35mm Female Nickel Plated 5.00m Round

Nedis Stereo-Audio Cable 6.35mm Male 6.35mm Female Nickel Plated 5.00m Round | Extend a stereo audio connection across your setup

When two pieces of audio equipment are just too far apart for a direct connection, moving them may be awkward or simply not practical. This Nedis stereo-audio cable gives you extra reach, with a 6.35mm male plug at one end and a 6.35mm female socket at the other. It’s suited to an existing stereo-audio connection that uses these plug sizes, where you need the female end to accept a matching 6.35mm plug. The 5.00m length gives you room to position equipment farther apart without placing it right beside the connected device. Its round cable shape is a straightforward fit for a typical cable run. Nickel-plated connectors complete the specification. There’s no need to overcomplicate what this cable does: it extends a compatible connection. The main thing to plan is the route, especially if the cable needs to cross an open floor or pass around furniture.

Planning the cable run

Before setting up, think about where the cable will travel and where the connected equipment will sit. The male plug goes into a matching 6.35mm socket; the female end provides a connection point for a matching plug. That makes the male-to-female layout relevant when you’re extending an existing lead rather than joining two sockets directly. Keep enough slack at either end for the equipment to sit naturally, rather than pulling the cable taut. A longer run can make placement easier, though it also means there’s more cable to route and keep tidy. For a simple desk or studio layout, that’s often an easy trade-off. If your connection uses a different plug size or isn’t stereo audio, this isn’t the cable to reach for. Check the connection points in your setup against the details below.
