Paterson PAT305 Maatcylinder 1200ml

Paterson PAT305 Maatcylinder 1200ml | Measure darkroom liquids by volume

When you’re preparing liquids in the darkroom, estimating the amount by eye makes the job less clear. The Paterson PAT305 is a measuring cylinder with a stated capacity of 1200ml, giving you a dedicated vessel for measuring liquid volumes. It suits photographers setting up a darkroom and anyone who needs a cylinder of this size for their work. Its purpose is straightforward: measure a quantity of liquid rather than guess at it. The 1200ml capacity is the key detail to consider when deciding if it suits your measuring needs. If you regularly work with amounts within that capacity, this gives you a specific size to choose around. There’s no need to read more into the name than that: it’s a Paterson measuring cylinder, listed for darkroom use.

Choosing by capacity

With a measuring cylinder, capacity is a practical starting point. The PAT305 is identified as a 1200ml model, so consider the volume you expect to measure and whether that size suits your process. If you need to measure amounts up to its stated capacity, the size is relevant; if your work calls for a different volume, it may not be the cylinder you’re looking for. That simple check can help narrow down the right darkroom accessory without relying on assumptions about other features. The product name also gives you the model reference, PAT305, which is useful when you’re comparing Paterson items or looking for this particular cylinder again. My straightforward take: it’s a focused choice when a 1200ml measuring cylinder is what your darkroom setup calls for.
