Permajet Smooth Gloss 280 7x5INCHES 100SH

Permajet Smooth Gloss 280 7x5INCHES 100SH | Glossy prints in a handy size

When you’re making a small set of prints for a desk, album or gift, a familiar 7x5-inch format can be easier to handle than a larger sheet. Permajet Smooth Gloss 280 is photo paper in that size, supplied as a pack of 100 sheets. Its smooth gloss finish gives prints a glossy look, so it’s worth considering when that’s the surface you want for your images. The product name also includes “280”; I’ve kept that figure as supplied rather than assuming a unit that isn’t shown here. This is a straightforward option for photographers printing in a compact format who want a full pack on hand. One practical point: think about the finished print size and the look of the surface before choosing paper. Those two decisions will matter more to your result than the pack’s name alone.

Choosing a paper for your prints

Paper choice is part of how a photograph feels once it’s printed. A glossy surface gives the image a different presentation from a matte one, so it helps to decide which look suits the photograph and where you plan to display or share it. The 7x5-inch size makes this pack relevant when that’s the print format you have in mind; the 100-sheet quantity is suited to having a number of sheets available for a print run. If you’re comparing options, keep the intended print dimensions in view and consider whether a gloss finish is right for the image. That’s the useful starting point with this Permajet paper: a specific size, a named surface and a pack quantity you can plan around.
