SanDisk MM-SSD Extreme Portable SSD 1TB 1050MB/S-USB3.2 Grey

SanDisk MM-SSD Extreme Portable SSD 1TB 1050MB/s USB 3.2 Grey | Carry your files with you

Your photo and video files can travel with you, ready to move between jobs or keep close at hand. The SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD is an external solid-state drive with 1TB of storage, a stated transfer speed of 1050MB/s and a USB 3.2 connection. It suits photographers and other creators who want portable storage for a working set of files, rather than leaving everything on one computer. The useful point here is the combination of capacity and the listed speed: there’s room for a substantial collection, while the speed figure gives you a concrete basis for judging how it may fit your file-transfer routine. It comes in grey. If you’re choosing a drive for a particular setup, make sure the connection works with your equipment; this listing names USB 3.2, but doesn’t identify specific devices.

Think about what you need the drive to do during an ordinary workday. It may hold files you want to take from one location to another, or serve as an additional place to keep a project close by. For a photo workflow, that can mean having a set of images available without relying on your computer’s internal storage. It’s also sensible to keep important files in more than one place; portable storage is useful, but a single drive shouldn’t be the only copy of work you can’t replace. The 1TB capacity and stated transfer speed are the key details to weigh against your own files and routine. There’s no need to buy around a theoretical use case: choose it if that amount of space and the listed connection suit what you actually carry.
