Introducing the "Night Eagle" SmallRig 4316 Cage, an innovative and sturdily built casing uniquely crafted to accommodate Nikon Z8 cameras. Its primary aim is to offer unrivaled protection to your camera while delivering a convenient platform for attaching various accessories.
The design of the cage is an embodiment of elegance and functionality, comprising rifle-brown curves intermingled with golden hues to harmonize with the classic style of the iconic Nikon Z8. It employs a robust three-point lock system that guarantees camera safety. The Nikon Z8 is secured firmly through a 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom and two M2.5 screws on each side. Furthermore, the cage incorporates built-in pads to prevent the camera from acquiring scratches.
Enjoy obstacle-free access to the camera's buttons, card slots, flipping screen, and battery compartment. Additionally, the cage includes a detachable Cold Shoe Mount designed to accommodate an LED video light or microphone, equipped with an alignment pin to keep sagging at bay.
The cage presents an assortment of mounting interfaces for additional accessories which include a 1/4"-20 threaded hole, a 3/8"-16 threaded hole, and an ARRI 3/8"-16 locating hole. These allow for attaching an assortment of devices such as a side handle, top handle, monitor, Quick Release plate, mounting clamp, and battery plate. It comes with an accompanying double-ended wrench that facilitates easy assembly and disassembly.
