TetherTools TetherPro USB-C To USB-C 1m H-VIS Orange

TetherTools TetherPro USB-C To USB-C 1m H-VIS Orange | A short, easy-to-spot tether cable

When your tethered setup keeps the camera and computer close together, a long cable can leave extra slack around the workspace. The TetherTools TetherPro USB-C to USB-C is a one-metre cable for that kind of compact arrangement. Its two USB-C ends give you the same connector at each end, while the H-VIS Orange finish makes the cable easier to pick out among darker gear or against a busy surface. That visibility is a practical detail when you’re moving around a working setup; it can help you notice where the cable runs. For photographers who need a short USB-C-to-USB-C tether lead, its appeal is straightforward: a clearly coloured cable in a defined length. It’s best suited to a layout where one metre gives you enough reach, rather than a setup that needs the cable to span a larger space.

Before choosing a tether cable, think about where the computer will sit in relation to the camera and how much slack you want on the floor or table. One metre gives you a specific working distance to plan around, so it’s worth picturing the actual route the cable needs to take—not just the gap between the two devices. The orange finish can also make the lead easier to distinguish when you’re packing up or adjusting equipment. Keep the decision simple: match the USB-C connection your setup calls for, then decide whether this length works for the way you shoot.
