Tilta MB-T16 Mirage Matte Box

Tilta MB-T16-A Mirage Matte Box with VND: A Videographer's Tool

The Tilta MB-T16-A Mirage Matte Box combined with VND is a remarkable element specifically manufactured to assist videographers. Its unique feature is its standard 995mm clamp located at the rear, making it suitably adaptable with classic cinema lenses such as ARRI Ultra Prime and Leica Summicron-C, among others. Consumers will further appreciate its innovative round filter design that is not only reduced in size, but is also a mere ¼ of the weight of a conventional 4x5.65 filter.

The Tilta MB-T16-A Mirage is impressively capable of facilitating various special-effect round filters. Videographers can create eye-catching content with multicolour stripes, anamorphic bursts, monochrome pro mists, and many more. The VND module proves advantageous with its capability to accommodate a myriad of configurations, the lightest of which weighs a mere 130 grams. The VND module can also be remotely controlled through a micromotor adjusting the ND level, increasing flexibility for videographers whilst shooting.

With an impressive standard wireless range of 100m, distance is seriously considered in this creation. For discerning users who engage in aerial photography, the range can be further increased with a wireless signal booster, available separately. The VND's motor can be controlled remotely using the included wireless controller present in the VND and motor set, or with Tilta's Nucleus series Wireless Follow Focus systems.
