Tilta MB-T16-VND 95mm Variable ND For Mirage
Tilta MB-T16-VND 95mm Variable ND For Mirage | Handheld support for video work
The product title describes a 95mm variable ND for Mirage, while the supplier classifies the item as a shoulder rig for handheld video. Those descriptions point to different kinds of equipment, so I can’t confidently tell you how this specific product works or what it includes. The supplier’s stated use is clear: it’s intended for handheld video work when the camera needs extra support. That may suit a videographer who wants a shoulder-based setup for steadier, supported camera operation. However, the name also identifies it as a variable ND, a filter type, so the listing needs clarification before I can recommend it as either a filter or a rig. I’ve kept the details below to the information available, rather than guessing at its construction, controls or setup.
Specialist Note
95mm is the size stated in the product title, but it doesn’t tell me how this item attaches or operates. The title calls it a variable ND for Mirage; the supplier, on the other hand, describes a shoulder rig for handheld video. That difference matters in practice: a filter is used to manage light, while a shoulder rig supports the camera. The supplier’s stated use points to handheld filming where extra support is wanted, but I wouldn’t want to advise you on a setup or a specific result until the product identity is confirmed. If you’re considering it, I’d first establish whether you need a filter or a shoulder rig.
