Tilta TK-IP17-P17-SG Khronos 17mm Thread Lens Adapter iPhone 17 Pro-Space Grey
Tilta TK-IP17-P17-SG Khronos 17mm Thread Lens Adapter iPhone 17 Pro-Space Grey | A 17mm lens connection for iPhone 17 Pro
Trying to add a threaded lens to an iPhone 17 Pro setup can leave you unsure whether the connection will match. The Tilta TK-IP17-P17-SG is a lens adapter for iPhone 17 Pro, specified for a 17mm thread and named for Tilta’s Khronos system. It’s for owners who want to build a phone setup around a lens with that matching thread, rather than choose an adapter by appearance alone. The Space Grey finish gives you a darker-coloured option for your rig; the more important detail is the thread size. This isn’t a universal connection for lenses with different threads. If you’re planning a mobile photo or video setup, start by identifying the lens thread, then match it to this adapter and its stated phone fit. That keeps the choice focused on the two details that matter most here.
Specialist Note
For an iPhone 17 Pro setup, I’d match the lens’s 17mm thread first. That number is the practical checkpoint: this adapter is intended for a lens with that thread, not a different-sized connection. The iPhone 17 Pro detail matters just as much, because this isn’t a general phone adapter. It suits someone building a defined mobile rig and wanting to use a matching threaded lens for phone video or still photography. The Space Grey finish is a nice restrained choice alongside darker equipment. My honest caveat is that the 17mm thread makes this a specific fit, so it won’t cover lenses with another connection.
