SWIT S-7500C S-7500C | Canon BP Dummy Battery w/ Pole DC Cable

SWIT S-7500C | A cable-based power route for Canon BP

A battery change can interrupt a shoot just when you’d rather keep the camera running. The SWIT S-7500C is a Canon BP dummy battery with a pole DC cable, intended for setups where this battery format is part of the power arrangement. Instead of using a standard BP battery in the compartment, the dummy battery connects to the cable, providing a DC-powered route for compatible equipment. That makes it relevant when your setup is built around a pole DC connection and you want to use a dummy battery in place of a regular Canon BP battery. The product name is specific about both parts: the battery format and the cable type. It’s a focused accessory, not a general-purpose battery; its appeal is the combination of a Canon BP dummy battery and a pole DC cable in one model.

Where it fits in a setup

Think about the power path you want before choosing this kind of accessory. The dummy battery is the part that goes in place of a battery, while the cable provides the connection to a DC power arrangement. If your setup is already based on Canon BP and pole DC, this model brings those terms together in a single product. That can be useful when you’re planning a longer run and want to work from a cabled power source rather than swap BP batteries during use. The practical point is simple: match the product’s named battery format and cable type to the power arrangement you’re building. The S-7500C is best understood in that context, rather than as a standalone battery or as a charger.
