Yongnuo YN622N II Wirelessttl Flash Transceiver 2STUKS Nikon
Yongnuo YN622N II Wireless TTL Flash Transceiver, 2-Pack for Nikon | Trigger off-camera flash for portraits and products
Portraits and product shots can be lit with an off-camera flash without a cable running between the camera and flash. The Yongnuo YN622N II is a wireless TTL flash trigger supplied as a two-unit set for Nikon use. Place one unit at the camera and the other with an off-camera flash, then use the wireless link to fire the flash as you work. TTL triggering is useful when you want flash exposure to be handled through the camera system rather than relying only on manual flash output. That can help keep a portrait session moving when your subject shifts, or make it easier to work through a small product setup. This is a focused tool for photographers building a flash setup, not a flash in itself. It makes sense when you want to place light away from the camera and keep your shooting position free of a connecting cable.
Specialist Note
The YN622N II is a two-unit wireless TTL trigger set, best suited to firing an off-camera flash for portraits and product work. For a portrait, place the flash to one side of your subject and use the pair to trigger it wirelessly; for a small product, move the flash away from the camera to change where the light falls. The TTL function is handy when you’d rather let the camera system handle flash exposure as you adjust the setup. Its Nikon designation is an important detail, so keep it within the Nikon system. One practical limit: these units trigger the flash, but don’t provide illumination themselves, so you’ll need an off-camera flash too.
