SmallRig 4817 Imagegrip Series Eagle Handle w/ Nato Clamp (Left Side) 4817

SmallRig 4817 Imagegrip Series Eagle Handle w/ Nato Clamp (Left Side) 4817 | A left-side grip for camera handling

Hold a camera rig from the left and give your hand a dedicated place to guide it. The SmallRig 4817 Imagegrip Series Eagle Handle is a left-side handle with a NATO clamp, made for someone building a camera setup around a side grip. Its appeal is straightforward: the handle gives you a defined hold point rather than asking you to manage the rig by its body alone. That can make a handheld setup feel more considered while you frame and operate the camera. The title identifies the clamp type and side, so this is specifically the left-side version; those details matter when choosing a handle for a particular rig layout. It’s a focused accessory rather than a broad kit of parts. If you’re after a left-side Eagle Handle with a NATO clamp, this is the model to look at.

A side handle changes where your hand meets the rig, and that can shape how you carry and guide it during a handheld shot. The left-side position is the key detail here: it gives you a clear starting point when planning the arrangement of your camera setup. The NATO clamp is part of the product’s name and identifies how the handle is described for mounting. Beyond those details, the sensible reason to choose this model is simple: you want an Eagle Handle for the left side, with a NATO clamp. Keep that combination in mind when comparing handles; the name is specific, not a promise of fit with any particular camera or rig.
