Godox S-Bracket Elinchrom

Godox S-Bracket Elinchrom | Tilt a speedlight for softbox lighting

Godox S-Bracket Elinchrom is a tilting bracket for mounting a reportage flash and attaching Elinchrom accessories. It’s for photographers who use a compact flash as part of a setup with light-shaping accessories, rather than fitting the flash directly to a lamp stand. The bracket’s Elinchrom accessory fit is its defining detail: attach a compatible accessory such as a softbox, then position the assembly horizontally or vertically. That makes it useful for a portrait setup with a softbox, or for repositioning the light when the subject or composition calls for a different angle. It also works as a straightforward support for a reportage flash when you need to mount the unit as part of a lighting arrangement. A clamp holds the flash in place, and the bracket is described as light and quick to use. It’s a focused accessory, with the Elinchrom fitting determining what can be attached to it.

What it does

• For reportage flashes: The bracket provides a mounting point for a compact flash unit. It’s intended for this flash format, so the flash is held in the bracket rather than being attached as an accessory itself.
• Elinchrom accessory fitting: The bracket accepts Elinchrom accessories, including a softbox. That gives you a way to combine a reportage flash with a light-shaping accessory in the same setup.
• Clamp-secured flash: A clamp holds the flash in the bracket. This keeps the flash in position as you work with the mounted setup, rather than relying on the accessory fitting to secure the flash.
• Tilting position: The bracket tilts for horizontal or vertical use. You can change the orientation to suit the direction you need the flash and attached accessory to face.
• Simple, lightweight format: Godox describes the bracket as light and quick to use. Its straightforward mounting approach keeps the job focused on holding a reportage flash and fitting an Elinchrom accessory.
