This latest series showcases Kase's renowned Wolverine glass, recognized for its durable and color-neutral qualities, mirroring the high standards found in Kase's square filter offerings. The addition of color-coded identification rings around the filters enhances usability, with silver for CPL, blue for ND8, yellow for ND64, and red for ND1000, making it easier for users to identify and select the right filter quickly.

One of the notable advancements is the new inlaid adapter ring, which perfectly fits into the lens thread. This design places the filters closer to the lens element, effectively reducing vignetting—an essential feature for those using wide-angle lenses.

The magnetic circular filters are backward compatible with previous Kase magnetic circular filters and accessories like step-up adapter rings and lens hoods, allowing photographers to continue using their existing equipment. However, while the new filters are compatible with older ones, the reverse is not true. It's important to note that the magnetic lens cap is intended specifically for use with the magnetic adapters and is not designed to act as a filter cap.
