Kase Revolution Plus R-Mcuv 82 mm
Kase Revolution Plus R-Mcuv 82 mm | Protection for everyday shooting
Keep your lens front protected while making pictures without a cap in the way. The Kase Revolution Plus R-Mcuv 82 mm is a protection filter for photographers who want a dedicated layer in front of the lens during everyday use. It suits anyone who prefers to leave a filter in place while composing, focusing and shooting, rather than repeatedly fitting and removing a cap. That can be handy when moving between scenes, or when you’re working in places where the lens front might get dusty or brushed by a finger. Its 82 mm size is the key detail when choosing it: the filter needs to match the filter size of the lens you intend to use it with. Keep that match in mind before buying. The practical appeal is straightforward: you can keep shooting with the lens front covered, without adding another step every time you raise the camera.
Specialist Note
A dedicated protection filter keeps the lens front covered while you work, instead of relying on a cap between frames. I’d consider this Kase for everyday street photography or travel, where you may raise and lower the camera often and want the lens front protected while you’re ready to shoot. The 82 mm size matters: it needs to match the filter size on your lens, so it isn’t a one-size-fits-every-lens purchase. The R-Mcuv name identifies this specific Kase filter, but I wouldn’t assume details about its materials or optical treatment from the name alone. Keep expectations focused on its protection role, and choose it for a lens with the matching size.
