The Urth 75 x 100mm Center Graduated ND8 (Plus+) is a prevalent photographic tool designed to offer a static light reduction of 3 f-stops at its center, for the main purpose of enhancing landscape photography by darkening overly bright horizons. This tops up the balance in the exposure between a bright sky and a darker foreground, thus capturing more details in the shadows and highlights.
Members of the Plus+ series are accompanied by a 20-layer nano-coating, an improvement that fosters a more consistent transmission curve, which assists with better light reduction, alleviation of the cleaning process, and provides superior safeguarding against water, oil, and scratches.
Distinguished by the inclusion of leading German B270 SCHOTT optical glass, adorned with a 20-layer nano-coating, this filter enables superior light transmission and offers enhanced protection and cleaning simplicity. Operating with a 3 f-stop reduction at the core ensures improved photogenic exposure, particularly for sunrise and sunset captures.
