7Ryms iRay DW10 Wireless Microphone 2 Transmitters + Case Black
7Ryms iRay DW10 Wireless Microphone 2 Transmitters + Case Black | Two voices, one wireless microphone set
Trying to record a conversation with one shared microphone can interrupt the flow: people have to take turns speaking into it. The 7Ryms iRay DW10 is a microphone set with two transmitters, giving two speakers a transmitter each. That makes it a natural fit for interviews, paired presenter videos and other recordings where both people need to be heard. It’s also worth considering for podcasts or social content made with a co-host, provided the rest of your recording setup suits the microphone. The title specifies a case as part of this black version, so there’s a dedicated place to keep the set together between sessions. The appeal here is its straightforward two-person format, rather than a long list of features. If you mostly record alone, you may not need the second transmitter; for conversations, it saves you from passing one mic back and forth.
Specialist Note
This may be more equipment than a solo creator needs, but it makes sense when two people share the recording. Because it’s wireless, each speaker can use a transmitter without taking turns with a single microphone. For a seated interview or a two-person presenter video, give one transmitter to each person before you start; that keeps the conversation moving naturally. The black case is a practical touch between sessions, giving the set a designated place instead of leaving it loose among other gear. I’d look at the iRay DW10 for paired content first, rather than buying a two-person setup for regular solo voice work.
