ACT 90 Meters 8K DP 2.1 DP40 UHBR10 LSZH Active Optical Cable (AOC)

ACT 90 Meters 8K DP 2.1 DP40 UHBR10 LSZH Active Optical Cable (AOC) | For long DisplayPort cable runs

Short DisplayPort runs are easy to manage; a 90-metre route calls for a cable specified for that distance. This ACT active optical cable is named for 8K DisplayPort 2.1 use, with DP40 and UHBR10 in its designation. It’s aimed at installations where the cable needs to cover a substantial distance, rather than a short connection beside a desk. The title also identifies its jacket as LSZH. That gives you the key details to compare when planning a cable route or matching a replacement to an existing installation. The honest point: the title gives a distance and format, but not the full connection details for your setup. So treat those named standards and figures as the starting point for choosing, rather than assuming they settle every compatibility question.

For a long cable route

When you’re planning a run that reaches 90 metres, the distance is the first practical detail to pin down. This cable’s name puts that figure up front, alongside its DisplayPort 2.1, DP40 and UHBR10 designations. Those are useful identifiers when comparing products or documenting an installation; they’re more specific than searching for a generic long cable. The 8K wording is also part of the product designation, so it’s easy to identify the intended video category. Keep the exact connection requirements of the equipment at either end in view as you select a cable. This product description can identify what ACT calls this cable, but it can’t establish the details of your complete setup. For a job where the route length matters, that clear 90-metre designation makes this cable straightforward to assess.
