Benro Cyanbird Carbon/ Aluminium Tripod w/ FS20PRO Head (TCBA15FS20PROC)

Benro Cyanbird Carbon/Aluminium Tripod with FS20PRO Head: Keep landscapes and video steady

A lake edge at dusk is exactly where a compact tripod earns its place: the camera needs to stay still while a long exposure runs. The Benro Cyanbird Carbon/Aluminium Tripod with FS20PRO Head (TCBA15FS20PROC) pairs a carbon/aluminium tripod with a head that offers dual panning and separate ball and tilt locks. For landscape work, those controls let you settle the composition precisely; for video, they support deliberate, smooth movement across a scene. The independent locks are useful when you want to adjust one direction without losing the other. Long exposures and night photography benefit from a steady camera position, while the pan control also suits measured video moves. The tripod’s broad working range, from low viewpoints to eye-level framing, makes it handy for foreground-led landscapes as well as wider views. Astro photographers will appreciate being able to compose from a stable platform, and the built-in hook gives you a place to add a counterweight when extra steadiness is needed. It’s a travel-minded support system with a head that handles both stills positioning and video movement, rather than a basic set of legs alone.

Stability and setup

• FS20PRO head: Dual panning gives you a dedicated way to move the frame, while separate ball and tilt locks let you control the two adjustments independently.
• 360° pan: The full rotation is useful for following a broad landscape or making a controlled sweep for video.
• 90° tilt: The head’s tilt range supports substantial changes in framing without needing to reposition the tripod legs.
• Built-in counterweight hook: Hang a weight from the hook to add stability when the setup needs extra support.
• Integrated level: The built-in level gives you a clear reference while setting up, useful for keeping horizons straight.
• Carbon/aluminium construction: The mixed-material build brings together the materials named in the product, in a tripod intended for travel as well as outdoor shooting.

Height and load

The legs work from a minimum height of 18cm up to a maximum of 156cm, so the tripod covers both low foreground compositions and standing-height framing. Folded down, it measures 43.5cm, a manageable length for travel. The maximum payload is 4.5kg, and the tripod weighs 1.2kg. Keep the combined camera and lens within that load limit for a properly supported setup.
