Benro Cyanbird Carbon Tripod w/ FS20PROC501 Head (Tcbc25fs20proc501) | Steady support for long exposures

The Benro Cyanbird combines a tripod with the FS20PROC501 head, giving you a single support setup for carefully composed shots. It’s suited to landscape photographers, night and astro photographers, and anyone making steady video. For a landscape, you can settle on a composition and keep the camera in position while you work; for long exposures, the tripod provides a stationary base while the shutter is open. Night and astro photography also benefit from a fixed frame, especially when you want to compose a particular part of the sky and keep it there. For video, it’s aimed at steady, composed shots rather than movement. This is a considered option if your work often calls for a stable viewpoint and you want the head included in the named setup. It’s best matched to deliberate framing, not a need to follow fast action.

Specialist Note

One carbon tripod-and-head setup gives you a single platform to position, compose and hold before a long exposure. Carbon is the defining material choice here, so I’d consider this model if you specifically want a carbon tripod, rather than choosing it on an assumed weight advantage. The FS20PROC501 head lets you set your framing: for a night-sky image, place the tripod on firm ground, compose a fixed section of sky, then keep the frame still during the exposure. The same approach works for a landscape long exposure. It also suits locked-off video, though it isn’t intended for moving-camera shots.
