• The DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased within the same country or region, as the benefits are only valid in the area of purchase.
• Upon requesting a replacement, you will receive a unit that is either new or equivalent to new in terms of functionality and reliability. You can request replacements up to four times over the two-year duration. Additionally, Flyaway Coverage is included to protect against the loss of your drone during flights.
• DJI will fully cover the shipping costs for sending the product back for replacement services.
