Epson Elp LS04 Tele Lens 36 mm 57.35mm f/1.65-2.51 | A fixed view for street and travel

Street scenes and travel pictures are easier to compose when you can work with one consistent view. The Epson Elp LS04 is an interchangeable standard prime lens, suited to photographers who enjoy choosing their framing rather than zooming in and out. Its 36 mm focal length gives you a fixed perspective to work with: shift your position to change what enters the frame, or stay put and make a deliberate composition. The lens is genuinely suited to street and travel photography, where that direct approach can help you respond quickly and keep your kit simple. Its maximum aperture is listed across a range of f/1.65 to f/2.51, giving you a wider-aperture option when you want to let in more light. If your style relies on changing focal length from one moment to the next, a prime lens asks for a different rhythm.

Specialist Note

36 mm means you work with a single framing rather than reaching for a zoom ring; on a street, that encourages you to place yourself where the scene comes together. I’d suggest it to someone who likes to travel light in approach and make considered frames as they walk. For a street scene, use the fixed view to include the surrounding setting; for a travel detail, move closer and simplify what’s behind it. The f/1.65–2.51 maximum-aperture range gives you room to open up when light is limited. The honest trade-off is that you can’t change focal length without changing your position.
