The Exa II is a compact 35mm SLR made by Ihagee in Dresden, East Germany. Designed as a simplified companion to the Exakta series, it features a straightforward shutter mechanism, waist-level or prism viewfinder (depending on configuration), and a bright focusing screen. The Exa II uses the Exakta bayonet mount, allowing compatibility with a wide range of vintage East German and West German lenses.
