GREEN.L IR720 67mm Infra-Red
GREEN.L IR720 67mm Infra-Red | A dedicated filter for infrared photography
When you want to make an infrared photograph rather than add an effect later, the GREEN.L IR720 is a filter made for that kind of work. Its name identifies it as an infra-red filter, and the 67mm size gives you a clear point to match against the filter thread on your lens. That makes it relevant to photographers exploring infrared scenes, from leafy landscapes to architectural studies, who want a filter-based approach. It’s also a specific piece of kit, not a general colour filter for everyday image adjustments. The title gives two useful identifiers before you choose it: IR720 and 67mm. Match the size to your lens, then use the filter when infrared photography is the purpose of the session. If you’re building a dedicated infrared setup, those details help you keep the filter choice clear and deliberate.
Specialist Note
The GREEN.L IR720 is made for putting an infra-red filter on a lens, rather than trying to create that treatment as an ordinary colour adjustment. I’d consider it for foliage studies or graphic views of buildings, where you can choose the subject and composition specifically for infrared work. The 67mm marking is the practical check: use it with a lens that takes 67mm filters, so the size is right at the point of fitting. IR720 is the designation to look for when you want this particular model, rather than an unspecified infrared filter. It’s a focused tool; its appeal is for deliberate infrared photography, not general-purpose colour correction.
