Hahnemühle DFA German Etching 310GSM 91.4cmx12m

Hahnemühle DFA German Etching 310GSM 91.4cmx12m | A wide-format paper roll

It’s frustrating to choose printer paper when the name alone doesn’t tell you whether the format will suit your workflow. This Hahnemühle roll is identified as German Etching, with a weight of 310 gsm and a width of 91.4 cm across a 12 m roll. That gives you the key details to compare with the paper you’re planning to use and the space you have for handling a roll. It’s suited to photographers, artists and print rooms looking specifically for German Etching in this roll format. The most useful reason to consider it is simple: you can plan around a stated width and length rather than buying an unspecified sheet pack. If those measurements match your intended work, the product name and format are clear at a glance.

For a print workflow, roll dimensions matter before you start producing work: they help you judge how the paper will fit into your process and how much material you’re setting aside. The 91.4 cm width gives you a defined working width, while the 12 m length gives you a defined roll length. You can compare those figures with your own print plans without having to guess the package format. The title also identifies the paper as 310 gsm, so you can use that figure when comparing paper options against a requirement you already have.

German Etching is the specific paper name to look for here, rather than a generic printer-paper description. If that is the paper you’ve decided on, this listing gives you its weight and roll dimensions together, which makes the practical choice easier to assess. One honest point: choosing by name and format only makes sense if you already know those are the details you need. Use the figures below as a quick reference when planning a purchase or comparing this roll with another paper option.
