Hahnemühle DFA William Turner 190GSM 111.8cmx12m

Hahnemühle DFA William Turner 190GSM 111.8cmx12m | A wide roll for considered print work

Your print starts with a generous working width: this Hahnemühle printer paper comes as a 111.8 cm roll, giving photographers and printmakers room to plan larger images without starting from a narrow sheet. William Turner is the paper name, and the listed weight is 190 GSM. It’s a straightforward option to consider when you’re choosing paper by roll dimensions and weight, rather than by a pack of fixed sheet sizes. The 12 m length gives you a continuous roll to work from, useful when you want to decide the print length yourself. That makes it suited to people who make their own prints and have a clear idea of the width their work needs. The honest point: the title gives you the size and weight to compare, but doesn’t describe the paper’s surface or colour. So choose it for those stated details, not an assumed finish.

Planning prints from a roll

A roll changes the way you approach a print job: you choose the length of each piece instead of selecting from a fixed sheet size. Before printing, it helps to settle on the intended crop and finished dimensions, then work out how much paper each image will use. That’s particularly useful when your pictures don’t all share one format. The roll can also make sense for a planned run of prints, where you’d rather prepare several cuts to suit the work than adapt every image to a standard sheet. Keep your decision grounded in the details available here: the named William Turner paper, its stated weight and the roll dimensions. If those are the factors you’re comparing, this listing gives you a clear basis for choosing.
