Hama Audio Cable 3.5-mm-Jack-Plug - 2 Cinch-Plug 5 M

Hama Audio Cable 3.5-mm-Jack-Plug - 2 Cinch-Plug 5 M | Connect audio equipment over a longer run

You’re setting up audio equipment with a jack connection at one end and two Cinch inputs at the other, and the sockets aren’t right beside each other. This Hama cable provides that connection, with a 3.5-mm jack plug on one end and two Cinch plugs on the other. Its 5-metre length gives you room to route it between equipment without needing the devices to sit together. It’s suited to a setup where those are the connections you need; the plug types are the main thing to match before choosing it. The cable is black, so it’s easy to keep visually low-key alongside other leads. A straightforward cable like this earns its place when the connector arrangement and reach are clear. There’s no guesswork about the ends: one jack plug, two Cinch plugs.

Choosing the right connection

Think about where the cable will run before you connect everything. A longer lead can help when the source and receiving equipment have to sit apart, but it’s still worth considering the route so the cable doesn’t cross a walkway or get caught behind furniture. The two Cinch plugs are for the end of the setup that takes a pair of Cinch connections; the jack plug goes to the matching jack socket. That description is about the connectors, not a promise of compatibility with every device. Check that your equipment has these connections and that the cable can reach along your intended route. If those details line up, this is a simple way to bridge the two ends. The black finish keeps the cable visually discreet, though it won’t make the lead disappear against every surface.
