Hama Laptop-Standard Aluminium Collapsible Tot 40 cm (15.6) Silver

Hama Aluminium Collapsible Laptop Stand up to 40 cm (15.6") | Folds away after use

Without a stand, a laptop sits flat on the desk and takes up the same space as your notes or other work. The Hama Aluminium Collapsible Laptop Stand gives it a dedicated support, in a format you can fold away when you’re done. It’s intended for laptops up to 40 cm (15.6 inches), so it suits a compact desk or a photo-studio workstation where you want to keep the laptop separate from the main working area. The aluminium build and silver colour keep the design straightforward rather than decorative. Its best use is simple: giving a laptop a place of its own at the desk, then putting the stand away when that spot is needed for something else. One honest point: this is a focused laptop stand, not a general studio accessory.

A simple fit for a working desk

This stand makes most sense if your laptop is within the stated size limit and you value being able to clear the desk after a session. The collapsible design is the practical detail here; it lets you fold the stand rather than leave it occupying the work surface between uses. That can be handy in a shared room or a space that has to serve more than one purpose. There’s no need to make the stand the centre of your setup: it’s a support for the laptop, not a piece of equipment that changes what the computer can do. If you prefer a permanent workstation, the folding format may matter less to you. For a setup that gets rearranged, it’s the point to consider.
