Hide-a-mic Sanken COS11.4 Different Holders In Case Soft & Flexible(Transparent)
Hide-a-mic Sanken COS11.4 Different Holders In Case Soft & Flexible (Transparent) | Soft, clear protection in a larger bag
Small microphone holders can get scratched or knocked about when they’re loose among the rest of your kit. This Hide-a-mic case is made for the different holders used with a Sanken COS11.4, giving them a soft, flexible place to go inside a larger bag. It’s best suited to protecting the gear from everyday bumps and scuffs during storage and transport, rather than acting as a rigid case for heavy pressure. The transparent finish makes it easier to spot what’s inside when you’re sorting through your bag, so you can find the holders without opening every pouch. For sound recordists and camera crews who carry their COS11.4 holders alongside other equipment, it’s a simple way to keep those smaller pieces protected and easier to locate. Use it as a protective layer within your main kit bag, where its flexible form can sit alongside the rest of your gear.
Specialist Note
“Will this protect the different holders for my Sanken COS11.4 in my bag?” Yes—it’s a soft, flexible pouch intended to help guard gear against scratches and bumps in a larger bag. The flexible construction is handy when you’re fitting it among other kit, while the transparent finish lets you recognise the pouch at a glance instead of rummaging around. I’d use it to keep the COS11.4 holders together between recording setups or while travelling with a sound bag. One thing to bear in mind: it’s a soft case, so it’s for everyday contact and scuffs, not for protecting its contents from being crushed under heavier equipment.
