Ilford Galerie Smooth Cotton Sprite 280gsm 24" 610x15000mm

Ilford Galerie Smooth Cotton Sprite 280gsm 24" 610x15000mm | A long paper roll in a defined format

Instead of choosing individual sheets, this listing gives you Ilford Galerie Smooth Cotton Sprite as a roll. It’s named as a smooth cotton paper, with a weight of 280gsm and a width identified as both 24 inches and 610mm. The listed length is 15,000mm, so the product’s main appeal is its clearly specified roll format and extended length. That makes it relevant to anyone looking for this particular Ilford paper in a continuous roll rather than a pack of cut sheets. The title supplies useful identifying details, but doesn’t describe a particular printing process or intended image style, so I wouldn’t read more into the name than it says. If you’re comparing paper listings, the surface name, weight and roll dimensions are the details to match against the paper you have in mind.

Understanding the roll dimensions

The two width measurements in the title refer to the same nominal size: 24 inches is given alongside 610mm. The length is written as 15,000mm, which is 15 metres. Taken together, those figures make it straightforward to distinguish this listing from other Galerie Smooth Cotton Sprite formats: look for the 24-inch-wide, 15-metre roll. The 280gsm figure is the stated paper weight, while “Smooth Cotton Sprite” is the paper name used in the listing. These are the concrete identifiers available here; they’re more helpful for matching the exact format than relying on the broader Galerie name alone. For a product search or an order list, keeping the full name and dimensions together should help prevent confusion with a different size.
