Kondor Blue KB-C70AP C70 Adapter Plate For C80 Cage Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-C70AP C70 Adapter Plate For C80 Cage Space Grey | A clearly named plate for the C70 and C80 cage
Kondor Blue KB-C70AP is a C70 adapter plate for the C80 cage, finished in Space Grey. It’s aimed at camera operators and rig builders whose setup pairs the C70 with that named cage, and who need an adapter plate specified for this arrangement. The useful point is its clear role: it identifies the C70-to-C80 cage pairing in a rig plan, making it easier to choose the right component when preparing or revising that build. The product name keeps both ends of the intended arrangement visible when comparing parts for a rig. Its Space Grey finish is a restrained option for a kit where appearance matters alongside function. This is a focused accessory, not a broad add-on for unrelated rigs; its appeal is the exact pairing in its name. If your work involves planning a C70 configuration around the C80 cage, this is the specific plate to consider.
Specialist Note
At the rig-prep bench, a C70 setup is being laid out around a C80 cage; the KB-C70AP earns its place by naming that pairing plainly. I’d point it out to anyone building or revising that exact configuration, because the C70 designation identifies the camera side of the job and C80 tells you the cage it’s intended for. That makes it a sensible part to select while planning this rig, rather than treating adapter plates as interchangeable. The Space Grey finish keeps the choice visually understated. Its scope is deliberately narrow: this is for the named C70/C80 arrangement, not a catch-all plate for other setups.
