Kondor Blue KB-DJILC-CM-C-BK Rosette Pivot Modul Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-DJILC-CM-C-BK Rosette Pivot Modul Space Grey | A pivot module for rosette-based rig layouts
A fixed accessory position can make a rig layout awkward, especially when the position you need depends on an angled adjustment. The Kondor Blue KB-DJILC-CM-C-BK is a rosette pivot module, intended for setups built around a rosette pivot point. It gives rig builders a component to consider when planning where an accessory should sit and how its position should change. The name identifies it as a specific rig component, rather than a filter or a general-purpose camera accessory. That makes it most relevant to people who already know their build calls for a rosette pivot module. Its Space Grey finish is a restrained option for a rig where you want the part’s colour to sit quietly alongside the rest of the setup. If you’re assembling a rig from components, treat the rosette interface as the key detail: the product name alone doesn’t identify which camera or rig systems it fits.
Specialist Note
On a one-camera rig build, I’d plan the accessory position before tightening up the layout, so the rosette pivot has a clear job to do. The rosette detail matters because this is for a build designed around that kind of joint; it isn’t a universal mounting part. The pivot designation points to the role it serves: allowing an accessory position to be adjusted around the joint, rather than choosing a fixed angle and working around it. I’d consider it for arranging an accessory at a more practical angle on a rosette-based rig. The Space Grey finish keeps the look understated. One point to keep in mind: it only makes sense when your rig calls for a rosette pivot, so it’s a specialised component rather than a general add-on.
