Kondor Blue KB-SFX6-RTP-BK Sony FX6 Cage Right Top Plate Raven Black | A defined right-top component for FX6 cage builds

Kondor Blue KB-SFX6-RTP-BK Sony FX6 Cage Right Top Plate Raven Black is a right top plate for a Sony FX6 cage. It’s intended for camera operators assembling a cage setup around that camera and choosing its components individually. This is a specific-position part, rather than a general-purpose support item: its appeal is clearest when your build calls for a plate at the right top of the cage. The product is classed as a tripod accessory, so it belongs in a support-oriented camera setup. Raven Black gives it a dark finish for a restrained look on a rig. If you’re planning an FX6 cage piece by piece, this is the named right-top component to consider. It’s a plate, not a complete cage, so think of it as one part of a larger build.

Specialist Note

Operators filming interviews or controlled scenes with a Sony FX6, and assembling their cage one component at a time, are the people I’d point toward this plate. Its right-top designation is useful when you’re planning a rig around a particular cage position: choose it for that location, rather than expecting a general-purpose plate. The Raven Black finish keeps the part’s appearance subdued on a dark camera build. I’d treat it as a targeted cage component, not a replacement for the cage itself. If your layout doesn’t call for a right-top plate, there’s little reason to add this specific piece.
