Kondor Blue KB_KOM_RP Komodo Right Side Plate

Kondor Blue KB_KOM_RP Komodo Right Side Plate | A clearly identified side plate

Finding a particular camera-rig part can be frustrating when a listing gives you little to go on. This one is identified as Kondor Blue’s KB_KOM_RP Komodo Right Side Plate: a right-side plate, with Komodo in its name. That makes it a straightforward item to look for if you already know this is the part you need. The product title doesn’t tell us how it attaches or what other parts it works with, so I wouldn’t guess at those details. Instead, use the full name and model code when comparing it with the part you’re replacing or the item in your rig plan. It’s a deliberately specific listing, rather than a general description of a plate. For a camera operator or rig builder who has already narrowed the search to this named component, that clear identification is the useful starting point.

Identifying the part

The name gives you three useful identifiers to work with: the Kondor Blue brand, the KB_KOM_RP code and the Komodo Right Side Plate description. I’d keep the code to hand when searching or asking about the item; it’s the most precise way to refer to this particular listing. The words “right side plate” also distinguish it by its named position and form, without implying details about its mounting points or the rest of a camera setup. If you’re choosing between several components, compare the complete product name rather than relying on “plate” alone. That small bit of care helps keep the search focused on the specific part you set out to find.
