Light Widow Fizlock Universal Motor Mounting System (Blue)
Light Widow Fizlock Universal Motor Mounting System (Blue) | A universal mount for motor-based rigs
Light Widow Fizlock Universal Motor Mounting System (Blue) is a universal motor mounting system, made for filmmakers and camera-rig builders who need a motor mount as part of their setup. Its defining detail is the universal designation, while the blue finish gives the part a clear visual identity among rig components. The product name identifies its role, but doesn’t identify a particular camera system or explain how the mount attaches. That makes it most relevant to someone who already knows they need a motor mounting system and can match the product to their rig requirements. Its appeal is straightforward: a named motor-mounting component, with a readily recognisable colour. If you’re researching a specific build, the universal wording is a useful starting point, not a reason to assume a fit for every configuration.
Specialist Note
Filmmakers assembling motor-driven camera rigs are the people I’d point toward the Light Widow Fizlock Universal Motor Mounting System. The product name is refreshingly direct: it’s a motor mounting system, so its role is in the rig rather than in the image-making itself. “Universal” makes it sound broadly intended, but I wouldn’t take that as proof of compatibility with every setup; a specific fit matters when you’re planning a build. The blue finish may also help you pick this component out among darker rig parts. I’d consider it for a rig that needs a motor mount, while keeping the exact mounting arrangement in mind. The available product facts give no numeric setting or measurement, so I can’t responsibly recommend one.
