Matin Lens Cap w/ Elastiek 67mm M-6280-5
Matin 67mm Lens Cap with Elastic M-6280-5 | Keep your lens cap close
Matin 67mm Lens Cap with Elastic M-6280-5 is a lens cap sized for a 67mm lens, with an elastic tether to keep the cap connected while it’s off. It suits photographers who want a simple way to cover a lens between shots without having to set the cap down and find it again. Use it when packing your camera away, or when you’re moving between scenes and taking the cap on and off. The elastic is the practical detail here: it gives the loose cap a connection to the camera setup, rather than leaving it on a table or in a pocket. The 67mm size keeps the choice specific, so this isn’t a universal cap for lenses of different sizes. If your lens takes a 67mm cap, this Matin is a straightforward option for keeping its front covered when you’re not shooting.
Specialist Note
Take the cap off and the elastic means you don’t have to find a place to put it; that’s a small convenience you’ll appreciate when you’re changing between shots. I’d suggest it to anyone using a 67mm lens who tends to work with the camera ready, then covers the lens again while moving or packing up. The 67mm sizing makes this a specific fit, so keep it for the matching lens rather than expecting it to suit different diameters. For everyday carry, let the elastic keep the cap with your setup while the lens is uncovered. It’s a simple accessory, and its usefulness is just as focused: a correctly sized cover that stays close at hand.
