Nedis Ultra High Speed HDMI-Cable | 8K@60Hz | 48 Gbps | 2.00 M | 6.5 mm | Black | 8K signal support for compatible setups

An 8K picture at 60Hz is the result this Nedis HDMI cable is made to support, provided the devices in your setup support that signal too. Its stated bandwidth is 48 Gbps, making it a cable to consider when you want an HDMI link for a high-resolution display setup. At 2 metres long, it suits a connection where the source and screen are relatively close together. The cable has a 6.5 mm diameter and a black finish. Those details are useful when you’re planning the route behind a desk or cabinet and want to know what space to allow. It’s a straightforward option for someone choosing an HDMI cable by its stated video capability, bandwidth and length rather than looking for extra features. Match the cable to the signal you intend to use, and to the capabilities of the devices at either end.

Choosing a length

Two metres gives you a defined amount of reach to plan around. Before setting up, consider where the HDMI sockets sit and how the cable will run between them. A little planning can help you avoid leaving excess cable across a work area or finding that the route you had in mind is longer than the available reach. The 6.5 mm diameter is another practical detail to keep in mind when guiding the cable through a tight space. For a tidy installation, work out the route first, then connect the cable without forcing it around corners. The black finish may blend in with dark equipment, though the best placement depends on your setup.
