Nedis USB-C Extension Cable 2m | Adds two metres of USB-C reach

When a USB-C connection is just out of reach, moving a device or rearranging the desk can be more hassle than it should be. This Nedis cable extends a connection between a USB-C plug and a USB-C socket, giving you more room to position connected equipment. Its two-metre length is useful when a short lead can’t comfortably span the gap. The listed capabilities are 5 Gbps data, 60 W power and 4K video at 60 Hz, for setups where the connected equipment supports the relevant function. It’s a straightforward extension cable rather than a hub: one male USB-C end, one female USB-C end, and extra reach. For a tidier setup, route it along a desk edge or behind furniture, with enough slack at each end that the plugs aren’t pulled tight.

Where the extension helps

Use it when the USB-C port and the place you want to position connected equipment aren’t close together. The female end gives you a socket at the extended position, while the male end connects to the original port. That can make a connection easier to reach on a desk or give a cable a less awkward route around a workspace. It’s also handy if you’d rather not shift equipment just to reach a plug. One honest point: this is a cable extension, not a dock that adds extra sockets or functions. Keep it clear of sharp bends and avoid letting its weight tug on the plugs. The title specifies a nickel connector and PVC cable, making this a simple wired option for adding reach to a USB-C connection.
