The Nest EI-A08 is a ball head mount that can be attached directly to your camera's hot shoe and is able to support a maximum load of 3 kilograms. This makes it ideal for attaching devices like a video light with a 1/4" tripod connection. You get the added convenience of being able to adjust the position of the video light to your preference.
As a standard feature, the ball head comes with a screw thread adapter, providing a 3/8" and a 1/4" screw thread. You also have the option to remove this hot shoe adapter if you wish.
