Olympus CS150 Case For LS-Pocket DM-720 Series | Keep your recorder protected in a larger bag

Loose recorders can pick up scratches and take small knocks as they move around inside a larger bag. The Olympus CS150 is a protective case, or pouch, for the LS-Pocket DM-720 Series, adding a layer between the recorder and the other things you carry. It suits people who take their recorder along with everyday belongings and want to reduce scuffs and bumps. Put the recorder in the CS150 before packing it away, rather than letting it shift loose among the contents of your bag. That’s what this case is best at: helping protect the named series from routine contact while being carried or stored. It’s a focused accessory, not a replacement for careful handling, but it can make carrying your recorder feel less haphazard.

Specialist Note

This pouch is for everyday scratches and bumps, not a promise that a recorder is protected from every hard impact. I’d still recommend it if you carry an LS-Pocket DM-720 Series recorder in a larger bag: put the recorder in the CS150 first, then pack it with your other belongings so it isn’t loose among them. It also gives you a dedicated place to keep the recorder between uses, rather than leaving it unprotected in your bag. If your main concern is scuffing during regular carrying, this is a straightforward, purpose-specific solution.
