Built to preserve image quality as much as possible, the MC-20 features a refined optical design with 9 elements in 4 groups. It introduces a two-stop light loss, but in return offers impressive magnification and a shallower depth of field, which can also be a real advantage in macro work.
Designed for dependable performance in challenging environments, this teleconverter has a weather-resistant construction that helps protect against dust, splashes, and freezing temperatures down to -10°C. Fluorine coating on the front and rear elements also helps repel dirt and moisture for easier maintenance.
