Permajet Watercolour Rag 310GSM A3 25S

Permajet Watercolour Rag 310GSM A3 25S | Give prints a watercolour-paper character

For photographs and artwork that call for a more paper-led presentation, Permajet Watercolour Rag 310GSM A3 25S gives you a watercolour-named paper in a substantial 310 gsm weight. It’s an A3 photo paper supplied as a pack of 25 sheets, suited to photographers and artists making selected prints rather than simply looking for everyday paper. The name makes it a natural option to consider when you want the paper choice to play a visible part in how a print is presented. A3 gives room for images to be seen at a larger scale, while the 25-sheet pack lets you make a small set of prints or try a few different images. One honest point: the paper name alone can’t tell you how a particular image will look on it, so your own print is the best way to judge the pairing.

Choosing images for this paper

Think about the image as well as the paper. A photograph with a strong sense of place, or artwork where the printed piece is meant to feel considered, may be a more rewarding starting point than a file you’re printing only for a quick reference. That’s a matter of taste, not a promise about the result. If you’re deciding between several images, make a shortlist and print the one you’d most like to live with or show to someone else. The A3 size is worth considering when you want an image to have more room on the page; the pack of 25 gives you a defined quantity for a small print project. Keep your choice focused on the character you want from the finished print, rather than assuming every image needs the same paper.
