PolarPro DJI Mavic 3 VND 2-5 + VND 6-9 (2-pack)
PolarPro DJI Mavic 3 VND 2-5 + VND 6-9 (2-pack) | Two ND ranges for changing light
Bright conditions can make choosing the right amount of light reduction tricky, especially if one filter range doesn’t give you enough flexibility. This PolarPro set pairs two variable ND filters for the DJI Mavic 3: one labelled 2–5 and one labelled 6–9. Together, they give you a lower and a higher numbered range to work with, so you can select the range that suits the conditions rather than relying on just one. It’s aimed at Mavic 3 owners who want ND filtering for their drone footage and prefer having two ranges available. The practical appeal is the choice between those ranges as light changes: use the 2–5 filter when the lower range is appropriate, and the 6–9 filter when you need the higher range. This is a focused two-filter set for the Mavic 3, not a general-purpose filter kit.
Specialist Note
“Do I need both VND ranges for my DJI Mavic 3?” You won’t use both ranges at once, but having the 2–5 and 6–9 options gives you a wider choice than either range alone. For a scene where the lower range is enough, start with the 2–5; when you need more light reduction, choose the 6–9. That makes this set suited to Mavic 3 owners who want to adapt their ND choice as conditions change, rather than being limited to one range. My honest caveat: the product is specifically named for the DJI Mavic 3, so don’t assume it’s a universal drone filter set.
