Rycote White Undercovers (w/ 100XSTICKIES) - Pack/100USES
Rycote White Undercovers (w/ 100XSTICKIES) - Pack/100USES | A 100-use supply for under-clothing microphone placement
What sets these Rycote Undercovers apart is the clearly stated 100-use supply, including 100XSTICKIES. They’re for sound recordists and video makers who need to place a microphone under clothing, with a pack size that suits repeated setups rather than a single recording. The name points to their job: keeping the microphone placement beneath clothing. That makes them relevant for interview dialogue, presenter pieces and other recordings where the microphone needs to be out of sight. The supplied stickies make this a practical pack to keep with your microphone accessories, so you have the named attachment pieces alongside the Undercovers. Renz’s supplier information lists the colour as black. If you work with under-clothing microphone placement regularly, the 100-use format gives you a straightforward way to plan supplies; the product is specifically presented for that task, rather than as a general-purpose microphone accessory.
Specialist Note
Rycote White Undercovers are for one clear job: placing a microphone beneath clothing. I’d consider this pack for interview dialogue or on-camera speech when you want the microphone out of view; the product name makes that use very clear. You get 100XSTICKIES and the pack is marked for 100 uses, which makes it easier to keep track of a regular run of setups instead of buying a one-off supply. The listed colour is black, a sensible detail to bear in mind when choosing it for darker clothing. It’s a focused accessory, so I’d choose it for undercovers work rather than expect a general mounting solution.
